Attention all Victorian Roster Managers.

Training sessions in Optima for Victorian Roster Managers have been opened for self-nomination. The training sessions are being conducted between Monday 30 January and Friday 10 February and we are offering both face to face and Microsoft Teams based sessions.

All Victorian Roster Managers should have received an email advising of how to register for these sessions.

If you have not received an email please email Kelly Sampson, Optima Project Manager.

Note that whilst these sessions are not mandatory it is strongly recommended that Roster Managers attend a session. The Project and Payroll Team will not be offering any additional team or individual training until the system is embedded (likely mid-May). If you are unable to attend a session, we will be making a recorded Microsoft Teams session available on Daphne to work through at your convenience.
