Safer Care Victoria’s Clinical Governance Maturity Matrix (CGMM) is a self‑assessment and improvement tool designed to help health service organisations understand how effectively their clinical governance systems and processes support the delivery of consistently safe, high‑quality, and person‑centred care.
To capture perspectives from across the organisation, we are inviting staff to complete up to five short surveys, each aligned to one of the core domains of the clinical governance framework. You may choose to complete a survey for each domain or focus on the area most relevant to your role or interests.
Every response is valuable. Your input will help us build an accurate picture of our current strengths and opportunities for improvement, and will directly inform where we focus our efforts to strengthen clinical governance across the organisation.
