Payroll Update – Good Friday 3^rd April & Easter Monday 6^th April

Due to the public holiday’s, there are necessary changes to roster approvals and payroll processing.

VIC Rosters

Payroll processing will be moved by one day.

• Rosters must be finalised and approved by 10:00am Tuesday 7th April 2026
• Pay will be one day later than usual - Staff who would normally receive pay on Tuesday night will receive it on Wednesday night

NSW Rosters – Pay Cycle 1 – Pay Period Ending 5^th April 2026

• Rosters must be finalised and approved by 10:00am Thursday 2nd April 2026
• No changes to pay day Thursday 9th April 2026

Please ensure rosters are reviewed and approved within the revised timeframe to avoid delays.

Payroll Update – ANZAC Day Public Holiday Monday 27^th April 2026:

Only employees contracted to NSW are eligible for this additional public holiday.

Please note that HealthRoster has now been configured to reflect the 2026 ANZAC Day additional Public Holiday on Monday, 27th April 2026.

Due to the NSW Public Holiday, there are necessary changes to roster approvals and payroll processing.

NSW Rosters

• Rosters must be finalised and approved by 10:00am Friday 24th April 2026
• No changes to pay day Thursday 30th April 2026

Payments for Public Holidays

Entitlements for public holiday payments are determined by the relevant Enterprise Agreement or Award.

Staff are encouraged to review their applicable EBA or Award for specific details regarding eligibility and payment provisions.
