Brain and Mind - An incredibly classy Nativity story design that radiated warmth and compassion. Deeanne created a calm and inviting space, including a special scene where consumers could have their Christmas photo taken, a truly thoughtful touch reminiscent of a department store experience.
R.A.H.T. Team, Wodonga – A Christmas Carol brought to life with extraordinary craftsmanship. From the painted characters to the storytelling and immersive old London lane, the display was so engaging it even made Sadie Claus feel a little homesick!
Kerferd, Wangaratta – A Grinch-inspired team effort that showcased creativity and collaboration. The consumer involvement in making decorations was fantastic, and the Grinch paintings were particularly striking.
Health Information, Albury – Simply exceptional. From the moment you stepped in, every detail demonstrated careful thought, collaboration, and teamwork. From painted props to badge-making, the backstory and overall experience were immersive and highly recommended to those who want to visit the Elf Surveillance Department!

• Pharmacy, Albury – Loved the creative door signs and playful popcorn props.
• Medical Ward 1 – A Polar Express wonderland, with snowy window effects that transported us straight onto the train.
• Medical Ward 2, Albury – Whimsical and imaginative, covering a large space with Grinchmas magic. The team poster was a standout.
• Occupational Therapy – Thoughtful touches of music and judges’ photos on the Polar Express train, plus fantastic weekend effort from staff and kids alike.
• DPU, Wodonga – A Frozen Wonderland with meaningful consumer involvement, including a community tree for patients to share their own Christmas traditions - a heartwarming addition.
• Maternity and Special Care – Loved the clever and funny staff messages on doors and the humour woven through the design.
• Front Reception – An incredible welcome to Albury, complete with full train setup, humorous touches, and a very warm conductor!
• Paediatrics – Every bay window hand-painted with scenes from different Christmas movies — so detailed and special, almost a runner-up in its own right.
• Wodonga Close Observation Unit – A unique Tim Burton / Nightmare Before Christmas approach, bringing a truly distinctive style to the festive season.
• Wodonga Sub-Acute in the Home – Attention to detail shone with the train number cleverly reflecting the unit’s phone number.
• Wodonga ED – Innovative use of QR codes linking to movie clips, a smart, interactive idea.
• Wodonga Medical Imaging – The Gingerbread Miracle theme impressed with its classy creativity and originality.
• Wodonga Health Information – A Home Alone experience, including a playful nod to the movie with a pool noodle - clever and fun.
• Wodonga Dialysis Unit – A joyful Elfie extravaganza, featuring the team and regular consumers in a playful, festive scene. The creativity and warmth truly captured the spirit of Christmas at AWH.
• Wodonga Facilities and Maintenance – A multi-sensory delight: the smell of sticky date pudding, and the team transformed into Polar Express characters.
• Wodonga Community Mental Health – Resourceful use of materials, including replicating a 100-year-old brick fireplace — truly inventive.
• Albury Facilities and Maintenance – Fantastic Grinch-inspired touches combined with imaginative team characterisation, creating a display that was both playful and detailed.
• Albury Theatre – Beautiful handmade paper decorations, showcasing careful craftsmanship in the Grinch theme.
• Medical Ward 3, Albury – Personalised baubles on the Christmas tree, adding a unique and special touch.
• Transit Lounge – Out-of-the-box thinking with a Peanuts theme, featuring Greg’s hand-drawn Snoopy characters.
• Surgical Ward 2, Albury – A beautifully crafted winter scene, enhanced by active consumer involvement in creating the snowflakes, demonstrating care, teamwork, and festive spirit.
• Access and Flow, Albury – A show-stopping train painting, enhanced with technology projecting scenes from classic films on big screens - a technically impressive and immersive experience.
• Oasis Café, Albury – A magical White Christmas display, complete with sleigh, handmade set pieces, and the movie playing — an enchanting, cinematic experience that transported everyone straight into the festive spirit.
