Were you a patient of Dr John Stuchbery at Albury Wodonga Health in the past five years? If you require ongoing hospital care or monitoring, but have not submitted a Request for Admission to the AWH Patient Support Unit, please contact us on Surgery.Correspondence@awh.org.au.
This will enable us to support you to request the transfer of your medical records from Dr Stuchbery to ensure you receive the appropriate continuity of care at AWH. Due to privacy regulations, we are unable to request these records without your involvement.
