5S Continuous Improvement Program update

We’re now at the midpoint of the program with our second workshop last week focusing on wins and challenges, deepening understanding of sustain and best practice, and expanding 5S into other areas.
Teams from Pharmacy, Allied Health, Specialist Medical Clinics, Library, Pre-Admission Clinic, Progression of Care and the Library are continuing to Sort, Straighten, Shine and Standardise in their areas sustaining these changes through to their transition to the Northeast Building.
