We will soon begin work to strengthen our Microsoft 365 environment and bring it into closer alignment with industry benchmarks. This is part of our ongoing focus on maintaining secure, reliable systems that support staff and patient care. 

These updates will help provide a more reliable experience for email, documents, and collaboration, while also strengthening protection of patient information. Most of this work will happen in the background, with the aim of reducing avoidable issues and supporting safe, effective day-to-day operations. 

The updates will be delivered in four batches, commencing in late May and continuing through June. You may notice some changes to the way you work, particularly in collaboration features with external organisations. Further communication will be provided ahead of each stage. 

This work is an important step in continuing to improve the digital environment that supports our staff, protects patient information, and enables ongoing delivery of day-to-day care and operations.
