The Victorian Department of Health is leading the development of the 2026–2030 Digital Health Roadmap to guide the future direction of digital health across Victoria’s healthcare system.

As part of this work, we are seeking brief input from Victorian clinicians to understand to better understand how digital capabilities can improve care delivery and outcomes, and how that improvement should be measured.

Your perspective will directly inform how we define:

• what better digitally enabled care looks like in practice
• the benefits we should expect for patients, clinicians and services
• the measures used to track progress over time

The survey takes no more than 5 minutes to complete.

All responses are anonymous and will be used in aggregated form only. The survey closes at 5pm on the 29 May 2026.
