Payroll Update

Australia Day Monday 26th January 2026

Due to the public holiday there are necessary changes required for roster approvals and pays.

NSW Rosters

PC1 Rosters PPE Sunday 25.01.2026 – Rosters must be finalised and approved early by 10am Friday 23rd January 2026
No change to pay day Thursday 29^th January 2026
Note – adjustments to rosters following deadlines will be made to staff in the following fortnights payroll

VIC Rosters

Payroll processing will be moved by 1 day.
Rosters must be finalised and approved by 10am Tuesday 27^th January 2026
Pay will be 1 day late - staff who would normally receive their pay on Tuesday night will not receive it until Wednesday night.

Payments for Public Holidays

Payments for public holidays are specific to Enterprise Agreements and Awards. Staff should review their EBA or Award for details in relation to what they are eligible for.
