Aged Services Emergency Service Team (ASET): The ASET team work specifically with older people who present to the emergency department at both the Albury and Wodonga Hospitals.
The ASET team work to prevent hospital admissions where possible, and support older people to return home with the care and support services needed to maintain their ability to live in the community safely.
