Speech pathology services are continuing with consultations provided via telehealth or telephone.  Limited face to face consultations will continue and are subject to COVID screening & precautions. Please contact AWH Speech Pathology for more information.

Speech Pathology services are provided to inpatient and outpatient clients as well as community based programs within the Albury Wodonga Heath catchment area.

These services are provided across the whole breadth of programs within Albury Wodonga Health, from babies to adults.

The Speech Pathology team provides assessment and therapy services to children and adults who have communication and/or swallowing disorders.

They provide support for: 

  • speech
  • language
  • voice
  • fluency
  • literacy
  • infant feeding
  • cognition; and
  • clients requiring laryngectomy / tracheostomy management

Referral Information
Services can be accessed by contacting AWH Speech Pathology, it is possible to self-refer as well as be referred a Medical Practitioner or Allied Health Professional.
