Pre-Placement Requirements
It is important you notify your supervisor of any special requirements that may impact on your clinical placement (e.g. medical condition, disability, religious/cultural requirements).
Allied Health Placements - Contact your AWH supervisor or facilitator to confirm the placement details, the area of practice and any pre-reading required.
Compulsory Documents for Placement
It is a mandatory requirement of Albury Wodonga Health that all of the documents listed below are completed and forwarded to your Education Provider at least 4 weeks prior to commencement of Clinical Placement.

Confidentiality
Before commencing placement you will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement form as well as an Information Communication Technology (ICT) System Policy Statement. You will find these in the Pre-Placement Documents.
You are required to complete the AWH Post Clinical Placement Student Survey at the conclusion of the placement. This provides AWH with feedback to identify aspects of clinical placement which are working well as well as those requiring some development.
