Albury Wodonga Health staff, community members and local Aboriginal leaders came together at Albury Hospital on Thursday to celebrate NAIDOC Week (5-12 July), recognising the strength, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Albury Wodonga Health celebrated the achievements of its 2025 Graduate Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, and Midwifery cohort at a ceremony on Tuesday recognising graduates for completing their graduate year in the profession with compassion, resilience and dedication.

The cancer specialist outpatient clinic at Albury Wodonga Health is expanding, increasing access to care for patients across the Border region.  

Albury Wodonga Health has announced the commencement of the Willows Continuing Care Unit (CCU) redevelopment in Beechworth, delivering a new, purpose-built residential mental health rehabilitation facility for the region.

"This upgrade is a major investment in our regional community and ensures local patients have access to the same best-practice radiation therapy techniques available in major cities."
