Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

If you are concerned you may have been exposed to or have symptoms of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), it’s important you limit exposure to other people to reduce the risk of transmission.

This means the Albury and Wodonga Emergency Departments are not the best place to go unless you are critically unwell.

If you’re worried you may have symptoms of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), call your GP in the first instance. By calling your GP before arriving they can take appropriate infection control measures. Your GP will call us if you are very unwell and need to present to hospital. You can also call Albury Wodonga Health on (02) 6058 4444.

Our priority is to provide exceptional health care. This includes putting procedures in place to protect the health of our staff and patients from viruses including COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

For more information about COVID-19 visit www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus to read the latest information. You can also call the coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 675 398. The line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
