Community Rehabilitation Programs

Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRP) are offered at both Albury and Wodonga Hospitals, and are part of the care provided within the Health Independence Program (HIP). 

Community Rehabilitation provides short term sub-acute rehabilitation for clients who have had a recent medical event or hospitalisation and have functional goals to be achieved. This is a client-centred program where clients, carers and families are supported to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Community Rehabilitation provides interdisciplinary therapy in the centre or within the client’s home and local community. Clients can access individual therapy sessions and/or a range of group programs to achieve their goals.
