The Victorian Government has articulated recovery as a key element of reform for mental health services in Victoria. “Recovery focussed care should foster independence and the capacity of affected individuals to achieve their personal goals and lead meaningful and productive lives”. This project aims to develop, trial and evaluate a recovery focussed assessment and service response that fosters independence and the capacity of affected individuals to achieve their personal goals and lead meaningful and productive lives by increased emphasis on patients' life goals and advanced plans for treatment lapses.
Accordingly, we seek appropriately skilled senior clinicians who hold tertiary qualifications and /or registration, where appropriate, in one of the following disciplines: Nursing (Mental Health), Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work. Registered Nurses must hold post graduate qualifications in mental health or be working towards same.

Salary and conditions of employment will be consistent with the appropriate award and negotiable according to qualifications and experience. Access to salary packaging is available.
