Full / Part-time
We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic HIM/Clinical Coder on a full or part-time basis at either Campus. We are progressing through an exciting period of change with an Electronic Health Record Project across two campuses, so come and be part of it!
Essential:
· Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Information Management) or equivalent, or completion of an approved coding course
· Demonstrated understanding of current Australian Coding Standards
· Previous coding experience
· Demonstrate effective communication skills
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
· Familiarity with 3M Codefinder
· DRG and casemix knowledge
