Nurse Manager Grade 6

Albury Wodonga Health, Albury Campus is seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Director of Nursing and Midwifery to contribute to the senior clinical management team of the health service with a particular focus on the acute services provided at Albury.

Key attributes will include being an innovative leader with an established track record in contributing to the management of a large public and/or private health service and the ability to achieve organisational objectives for nursing and clinical care.  The successful applicant will also be committed to supporting an environment that promotes personal and professional growth for all clinical staff.  Previous experience managing a significant organisational change process would also be an advantage.

Terms and conditions of appointment will be in accordance with the NSW Public Hospitals Nurses Award.
