Occupational Therapist – Grade 2

Wodonga Hospital

 Part Time (0.5 FTE)

 

Wodonga Hospital Allied Health programs require the services of an experienced Occupational Therapist to work with predominantly older clients in home and community based settings.

 

This position will provide services to clients in the communities of Wodonga, Indigo and Towong Shires and the Kiewa Valley. The work is focused on HACC aged and disabled client groups and their carer's, and people requiring slow stream rehabilitation through our Transitional Care Program.

 

Care is delivered in client homes and in residential care facilities. The case load is varied, providing a mix of challenges and opportunities.

 

Our multidisciplinary teams enjoy excellent collaborative relationships with other service providers within the catchment area. Service provision utilises restorative and adaptive approaches to health.

 

The successful applicant will have a role in the supervision of junior staff and undergraduate students.

 

Wodonga Hospital employs a total of 7.5 FTE clinical OT's.
