Are you a Registered Nurse Div One looking for a new challenge as a nurse educator?
WRHS has an 0.8 EFT (64 hours per fortnight) Grade 4 Clinical Educator/Clinical Support Nurse position available for an enthusiastic nurse who would like to work as part of the Health Service’s Education/Professional Development dynamic and supportive team.
You would report to the Staff Development Coordinator and be supporting the ongoing education needs of clinical staff in the medical and surgical areas. As part of the Nursing Leadership team you would also work closely with the Nurse Unit Managers.
The successful applicant would be encouraged to develop the role based on their knowledge and individual interests and the identified organisational requirements.
Selection Criteria:
- Current registration with Nurses Board of Victoria,
- Post Graduate Education qualifications or Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or a willingness to undertake.
- Extensive relevant clinical experience in acute care, both medical & surgical.
- Experience in Clinical Teaching
