Physiotherapist Grade 2 - Full time, Subacute inpatient services
This role primarily involves providing a physiotherapy service to our 10- bed inpatient rehabilitation unit working within an interdisciplinary team format. This role works closely with other experienced physiotherapy staff in this service.
This is an opportunity to foster and use clinical skills in the subacute area of rehabilitation.
Incumbent with this role is the provision of professional supervision to Grade 1 Physiotherapy staff.
Physiotherapist Grade 2 - Full Time, Health Independence Programs (HIP) (0.5) & Intake, Assessment and Referral (0.5)
This is a new and exciting position that is both challenging and innovative!
This position comprises both a clinical role across the HIP programs this being Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP), Community Rehabilitation Service (CRC) and Post Acute Care (PAC). The role can be negotiated dependent on both service needs and clinical expertise of the successful candidate.
Working in Intake, Assessment and Referral (Single Point of Entry) requires an experienced clinician that enjoys problem solving and ensuring the right care, at the right time and place is provided to the clients accessing our services within Allied Health. Physiotherapy expertise in this position is well appreciated by clients and Allied Health staff alike.
These physiotherapy positions are well supported through both their physiotherapy discipline teams and the interdisciplinary clinical teams in which they operate. Opportunities for professional development are well supported by our organisation.
