Graduate Nurse Program

August Intake, 2009

Full-time or Part-time basis of 64 to 80 hours a fortnight

Do you want to complete your graduate nurse program in a well supported, acute regional environment?  Wodonga Regional Health Service offers a Graduate Nurse Coordinator and preceptors to work with you in a supporting role.  We offer rotations to Surgical, Medical/Rehabilitation, Emergency, Theatre, Day Procedure, High Dependency, District Nursing and Midwifery for all grads.  These rotations may also be tailored to individual needs.  Five rostered, paid study days are also included in the program.

Requirements for entry:  Victorian Nursing Registration with completion of undergraduate nursing degree within the last twelve months and not currently in a graduate program.

Commencement: August 19th, 2009 with a fixed term, twelve-month contract.  Employment following the program will be subject to performance assessment throughout the year.
