The Wodonga Campus of Albury Wodonga Health (formerly Wodonga Regional Health Service) seeks to employ an experienced Physiotherapist to join our subacute community rehabilitation team.
The community rehabilitation team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurse, exercise physiologist , social workers, speech pathologist, dietitian and Allied Health Assistant (AHA).
The team is supported by excellent administrative staff and works closely to coordinate care with other admitted and non-admitted/ ambulatory programs. Please see general service information on this website for more details of all services we provide.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of physiotherapy services to a range of rehabilitation clients, individually and in group settings. The position is closely supported by very capable Allied Health Assistants.
The client caseload is mixed, and spread across four Physiotherapists within the team. Areas include pulmonary rehab., cardiac rehab., musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological and general rehabilitation caseloads.
Supervision of grade one staff and undergraduate students is a requirement. There will be opportunities to be involved in service development, and to further develop a range of clinical and non-clinical skills in a very supportive environment.
