Albury Wodonga Health is seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Registered Nurse to undertake the position of Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery at Wodonga Hospital.
This exciting position works with the Director of Nursing and Midwifery to support the nursing services at Wodonga Hospital, is a key member of the senior nursing team across both campuses as well as being an identified leadership position within the Clinical Operations management team that maintains a particular focus on all clinical departments across the health service.
Key attributes will include being an innovative leader with an established track record in contributing to the management of a large public and/or private health service and the ability to achieve organisational objectives for nursing and clinical care. The successful applicant will also be committed to supporting an environment that promotes personal and professional growth for all clinical staff. Previous experience managing a significant organisational change process would also be an advantage.
Terms and conditions of appointment will be in accordance with the Nurses (Victorian Public Health Sector) Multi Business Agreement 2007-2011
