ICT Assistant - Network Services

Full Time Hours (negotiable)

Monday - Friday

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Professional for this position within the ICT Team.  This is a small team providing computer services to approximately 650 staff in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The service is based at Wodonga Regional Health Service with remote sites in Wodonga and Wangaratta.

The ICT system is primarily “in-house” making this position varied and interesting.  The responsibilities for the position include:

  • Providing ICT support by way of ongoing system support and Help-desk functions.
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Providing assistance in maintaining current web applications including Intranet and Internet sites.
  • Participation in Departmental After-Hours On-Call roster.

Integration with Albury Base Hospital and extensions to our Dental and Inpatient Rehabilitation Services are new and challenging projects in which the Team are involved.

The successful applicant will need a high level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and have the ability to work independently within the team environment.

Salary and conditions of employment will be according to the Hospital Administrative Officers' Award.  Access to salary packaging is available.
