NECAMHS has a position available for an enthusiastic clinician with a keen interest in providing assessment and therapy services to young people aged to 18 years and their families, who are experiencing serious emotional and behavioural problems and mental health disorders. The clinician will work in a supportive team environment that encourages skill development. The successful applicant will demonstrate well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and a demonstrated interest in child and adolescent mental health.
Salary and conditions will be consistent with the appropriate Health Service Award and negotiable to RPN 3, Allied health Gr 2 level according to qualifications and experience. Registration as a psychologist with the APS, eligibility for membership of AASW or AAOT, or registration with the Victorian Nurses Board Division 1 or 3, is required.
