WRHS seeks the services of an experienced Continence Nurse to provide clinical care within our integrated Home and Community Care (HACC) program and specialist Continence Clinic service.
The successful applicant will join our multidisciplinary team servicing the City of Wodonga, communities within Indigo and Towong Shires and the Kiewa Valley. Care is delivered both in centre and on an outreach model.
The position is based in our Rehab & Allied Health Team. The work environment is supportive, diverse and dynamic. We have a strong commitment to the professional development and support of all staff.
