Office Supervisor - Emergency Department

 

WODONGA HOSPITAL

Part-time

 

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to lead the Team of Clerical Staff in the Emergency Department Wodonga Hospital.  You will be responsible for the day to day management of administrative services in a very busy, dynamic and challenging environment.

 

You will need to possess the following:

·         Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written);

·         Significant experience in an Administration role (including rostering of staff – 24/7);

·         Previous experience in the delivery of training to staff;

·         Well developed computing & data entry skills – preferably with Microsoft Office suite of products, Vital (or other Patient Management Systems); and

·         Previous experience within Healthcare and in particular the Emergency/Accident & Emergency environment, will be highly regarded.
