The Redesigning Care Manager will lead and manage the Victorian Department of Health funded ‘Redesigning Hospital Care Program' across Albury Wodonga Health. You will be working alongside the Clinical Operations and Quality and Clinical Governance Directorates. The position will lead the development and successful implementation of an organisational improvement plan in line with Department of Health criteria. The position will be responsible for integrating the concept of redesigning care methodologies into every day working processes across the organisation.
