The Wodonga Campus seeks applications from Physiotherapists with a desire to work in a strong and supportive team based environment, where professional growth is a priority and opportunities exist for ongoing development of an excellent knowledge and skill base within our subacute Health Independence Programs.

Grading will be according to qualifications and experience.

The position provides both home and centre based clinical services within the Hospital Admission Risk – Chronic Disease Management (HARP-CDM) and Post Acute Care (PAC) programs

The successful applicant will have a commitment to working with older clients and people with chronic illness utilising self management approaches.
