Nicola Melville (Deputy Chairman) is Chief Executive Officer of the Bogong Regional Training Network and was previously the Chief Executive of the Upper Hume Community Health Service, where she led the organisation from a small community health service to a large provider of ambulatory services within North East Victoria. Her research is focused on health-care teams and falls prevention in rural Australia and she has played a leadership role in the implementation of the Primary Care Partnership strategy at a local and state level. Nicola has a Diploma with the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

Associate Professor Julia Coyle PhD has been living and working in the Albury-Wodonga region for over 22 years. She came to Australia in 1985 after training and working as a physiotherapist in London. Julia's clinical practice spanned 20 years with experience in Australia across metropolitan, regional and remote areas, and in both public and private health contexts. She joined the School of Community Health at Charles Sturt University in 1999 and is now the Head of School educating future occupational therapists, physiotherapists, podiatrists and speech pathologists. Julia is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her key research interests are in interprofessional practice, team work and injury prevention. Julia's core aim is a community member, educator and researcher is to facilitate the development of quality health services appropriate for rural communities' current and future needs.

Victor Issell is an Indigo Shire Councillor and past Mayor. He is the Manager of Lifeline Albury Wodonga. Vic is the Chair of Albury Wodonga Community Foundation. He has a degree majoring in politics and media studies with tertiary qualifications in youth work, education and health administration. Vic is an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Executives and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has established and managed both community health and mental health services in regional and urban settings. |

Dr Peter Vine is a retired Consultant Paediatrician having practised in the Albury Wodonga region for twenty two years. Over the last ten years he has been a Senior Lecturer and Head of Campus at the UNSW Rural Clinical School Albury Wodonga Campus. He has an Adjunct Associate Professor appointment with the School of Community Health, Charles Sturt University and is a member of the Regional Advisory Board of La Trobe University, Albury Wodonga Campus. From 2000 until mid 2009 he was a Board Member of the Albury Wodonga Community College. Over the last eight years he has been a Senior Examiner and Member of the Board of Examiners, Member of the MCQ and Clinical Panels of Examiners and the Editorial Committee of the Australian Medical Council. |

David Whittle is a Pharmacist with thirty years professional practice experience in Retail Pharmacy and Hospital Pharmacy as a Poison Information Specialist. He also has considerable experience as an Army Officer Pharmacist responsible for tendering and procurement of major medical and dental equipment, pharmaceuticals, surgical and health consumables for the Australian Defence Force. David holds a Degree in Pharmacy, is a Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia and an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management. David is the Manager of Wodonga Pharmacy, a member of the Wodonga Chamber of Commerce and a Rotarian. |

Graeme Welsh has had extensive experience at senior management levels in medium and large Australian and Overseas companies, together with a variety of director positions with local organisations, with the primary focus of each to provide benefits for the community at large. Graeme is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Justice of the Peace in Victoria.

Alison Jenvey has worked for an accountant for approximately fifteen years in Wodonga. Prior to this Alison worked in the Wangaratta region. She is a Director of the public accounting practice ATS Accountants and Business Advisors in Wodonga. Allison has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) gained at CSU Murray, and is also a Fellow of CPA Australia. Allison has a strong interest in the business and wider community of Albury Wodonga, and has served on the Board of the Rural Housing Network, is a member of the Rotary Club of Belvoir Wodonga, and served for many years on the Committee of Management of the Wodonga Chamber of Commerce, with three of those years in the role of President. She remains a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and maintains her active interest in issues relating to business in the region. |

Phillip Williams has extensive experience in a wide range of legal matters and has specialised in the commercial, company and succession planning fields. Phillip was named the inaugural “Lawyer of the Year” for New South Wales in 1986 pronounced by Sir Laurence Street. A fortnightly television programme was conducted by Phillip called “You and the Law” for some six years on behalf of the Law Society.
